The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request, much of it for us to fulfill your order. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

We do not have access to and therefore does not store your credit card information on this site. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Radica Software Shipping, Cancellation and Returns Policy

Our products are shipped in a shrink wrap package and we do NOT have a download option. International orders are welcomed and we do ship to almost any address worldwide, EXCEPT P.O. Boxes. If in doubt, please contact sales@radicasoftware.com.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (9am-5pm), excluding local holidays. We strive to ship your order between 1 to 3 business days and if your order is delayed due to any circumstances, you will be notified by email within 48 hours. Radica Software reserves the right to hold any order for a security review, and if you order is affected, you will also be notified by email within 48 hours.

We ship using FedEx exclusively and you will be provided with a tracking number, where you can track your shipment at www.fedex.com.

Shipping Rates

Current pricing for our products includes free shipping and handling. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping and handling, and if your order requires additional shipping and handling fees, you will be duly contacted by email within 48 hours. Note that we do NOT profit from shipping and handling.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to brokerage fees, import tariffs, custom import duties, custom clearance fees, value added taxes, as well as local taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and may also be subject to withholding tax obligations. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from Radica Software, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order. We normally ships your order within 24-72 hours and we are not able to cancel your order once they have been shipped.

Return Policy

Products sold by Radica Software are non-returnable, except as stated in the End User License Agreement (EULA). Customers are advised to download the Trial versions of the product for evaluation before purchasing.
